Victus Strength

I was given the opportunity to work on a fantastic brief for Victvs Global, a UK-based company working in over 150 countries. They help awarding organisations all over the world to deliver global examination programmes of the highest standards, and support learners in gaining life-changing qualifications (Yes, it took me a little while to get my head round it).

Ben, the CEO, set me the challenge of creating a mural that promotes the companies four core values: Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Courage. Whilst discussing the brief with Ben, the word strength kept coming up and how he felt this encapsulated all these values in one. From this, the illustrative idea of the shield was born.

The piece was displayed on a 2m x 2m 1inch deep wood board that was situated in their Leeds headquarters, acting as a constant reminder to his staff of the values their company should be proud of.

He also commissioned me to take three of those values and recreate them separately on three A2 canvases so they could also be placed around the office.

The finished mural art also now appears on their recently revamped website.
